There is a one-time Company set up fee of $250.00 plus applicable taxes. Each employee added to the plan is $25.00 plus applicable taxes. Employer determines Health Spending Plan benefit limit for each employee. A 10% administration fee is applied to each claim plus applicable taxes. All fees are tax deductible to the business.		Nil.

Optional Critical Illness Insurance that pays a lump sum upon diagnosis and survival of a covered illness. Medical expenses and administration fees are a 100% tax-deductible business expense.		No exclusions or limitations: a MediDirect® plan provides 100% coverage for all medical, dental and wellness expenses. 100% tax free benefit for medical, dental and wellness benefits. No pre-qualifying for coverage. Option to increase your benefit level through the use of a MediDirect® Compensation and Benefit Plan.
